What complimentary entertainment and services do you provide?

We will provide the following during your trip:

  • Complimentary bottled water
  • The convenience of listening to Tesla's music service or your own music (via Bluetooth)
  • Use of portable smartphone chargers (Android and Apple) and AC outlet for laptops and tablets
  • In-vehicle Wi-Fi, ideal for continuing your work while on the move

What are your operating hours?

Although we can operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we typically respond to emails and phone calls between the hours of 6:00am and 10:30pm.

Will the chauffeur take music requests?

Absolutely! Feel free to ask your chauffeur to play your favorite song/band via Tesla's music service, or play your own music from your smartphone via Bluetooth

How can I book?

How far in advance should I book?

While it's possible for us to take bookings up to an hour before a trip (via text/call), to avoid disappointment, we recommend you book as soon as your travel plans are in place, particularly for special events and weddings.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a booking confirmation email from Future Black Car. Please ensure you check all the details of this confirmation. Contact us if anything is incorrect or if you haven't received your booking confirmation.

How do I amend my booking?

If you need to amend your booking, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled service time and we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to vehicle availability.

How do I cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel your booking, please Contact us (via Call/Text) within the appropriate notice period for your service type, which is detailed in the Terms of use.

Do you accommodate babies and children?

Yes, our vehicles are able to accommodate baby/child seats, but we do not provide baby/child seats. If a baby or child seat is required, please advise at the time of booking.

Do you offer a corporate rate plan or a discount if I book regularly?

Yes. Please contact us for more details and we would be happy to discuss our loyalty discounts and how you or your company can reduce its carbon footprint by supporting a sustainable, zero-emissions chauffeur service.

Does Future Black Cars provide charging cables for my smartphone?

Yes, we provide portable battery chargers with charging cables for both Android and Apple smartphones during your trip. We also have an AC adapter for you to charge your laptop as well (cables not included for laptops or tablets).
